(DESERONTO, ON)- On November 16, 2015 at 11:46 p.m. officers with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to Main Street in the Town of Deseronto in response to an altercation involving four men. Information was that one man was wielding a knife.
As a result of the police investigation three Deseronto men were arrested and subsequently charged.
Charged with Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats to Cause Death, and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place is 19 year-old Nathan FRENCH.
Charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Assault with a Weapon, and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place is 23 year-old Patrick FRENCH.
Charged with Assault with a Weapon and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place is 25 year-old Darryl RUSHLOW.
All three men are scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on January 12, 2016.
