On December 21, 2014 at 1:06 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Woolwich Street. Police spoke with the female driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. She failed this test and was arrested.
Melissa Raposo, 33 years of Kitchener has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. She will appear in court on January 16, 2015.
