Meghan WILLSHER – Drunk Driving, Drive While Suspended, Failure To Secure Infant, etc

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 28-year-old female after police were called to a Highway 6, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

On Sunday, June 12, 2016, at approximately 7:31 p.m., an alert citizen contacted police about a vehicle that was travelling northbound on Highway 6. Officers that were patrolling the area subsequently located the vehicle and stopped it at a Highway 6 and Argyle Street South address.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 28-year-old Meghan WILLSHER of Hamilton, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit, driving while under suspension, driving motor vehicle with open alcohol, fail to surrender insurance card, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle and fail to ensure infant properly secure.

She is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
