(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Tuesday the 6th day of October 2015, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), and Quinte West detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)Search Warrant on Sandy Hook Rd. Quinte West, ON.
Max MAILLOUX, 27, was arrested at the scene. He is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (marihuana) and Production of a Controlled Substance – marihuana.
Police seized an approximate street value of $12400 in drugs, Canadian currency, and cell phones.
He was released on an Officer-In-Charge Undertaking and Promise to Appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville in November 2015.
The investigation is continuing.
