(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on Harrisburg Road, in the County of Brant, on January 16, 2015.
At approximately 8:58 p.m. officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch on Harrisburg Road. Officers attended the scene and while talking to the male driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment of alcohol. The male driver was transported to the Brantford City Police Services for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Matthew TURVEY 40 years of age from Norfolk County is facing the following criminal charges
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on a later date.
