(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 25, 2015 at approximately 1:10 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a theft from the LCBO in Fergus. A male left the store without paying for a bottle of alcohol. He was located and arrested.
30-year-old Matthew HIRTLE of Fergus is charged with Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 10, 2015.
