(PETROLIA, ON) Just after 3:00 a.m. on August 9, 2014 a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Jeep vehicle on Marthaville Road near Petrolia Line.
During the traffic stop it was determined that the male driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver was arrested and as a result of the subsequent breath tests the driver was charged with Driving Over the Legal Limit and further, the driver was charged with Driving while Disqualified.
Matthew Fisher, 24 years of age from St. Clair Township, ON has a Sarnia court date of September 08, 2014 to answer to the charges.
