(CHESLEY, ON) – On July 24th, 2011 at 9:14 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a 2 vehicle crash in front of the Coop on 1st Avenue North in Chesley. A red van struck a white pickup truck then stopped in the liquor store parking lot. Officers attended with Bruce County Ambulance and Arran Elderslie Fire Department. The driver of the red van was found to be impaired. 20 year old Matthew COUPE of Chesley has been charged with Impaired operation, Dangerous operation and Breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 26th, 2011 to answer to the charges.
