(KINGSVILLE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a 25 year old Kingsville man after he assaulted another male while he was jogging in Kingsville.
The incident occurred near Millbrook Drive at approximately 6:00 p.m. September 10, 2015.
Both males are known to each other. The victim sustained minor injuries but required stitches to close a gash to his face. He received treatment at a local hospital.
Matthew ARNER was arrested and charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm. He will appear in a Windsor court on October 6, 2015 to answer to the charge.
Police are asking the public if they witnessed the assault, to contact the Kingsville OPP Detachment at 517-733-2345.
