(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On January 17, 2018, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a commercial break and enter on Jefferies Road, Middlesex Centre.
The investigation revealed that the suspect attended the business during the overnight hours. Once on the property, the suspect trespassed, and accessed the building. A small quantity of cash was stolen.
As a result of this police investigation, the Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) has arrested and charged a 41-year-old male.
Martin David MOORE, of London, Ontario has been charged with Break and Enter, Wear a Disguise with Intent and Fail to Comply with Probation Order pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was arrested on January 23, 2018 and held for bail.
