(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Clubhouse Road, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, June 3, 2016 at approximately 12:15 p.m., police were contacted by employees of Macdonald Turkey Point Marina.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that a male was trespassing on the property.
On Sunday, June 5, 2016, police charged 56-year-old Mark SAVAGE with enter premises when entry prohibited contrary to the Trespass to Property Act.
He was subsequently issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
