Mark PLANTE – Drunk Driving

(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On November 29, 2014, just after 4:30 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a complaint of a Mazda car driving erratically on Highway 401 eastbound, near Bloomfield Road.

The vehicle was located and stopped. Officers spoke with the driver and determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.

Subsequent tests indicated that the driver, 25 year old Mark PLANTE, from Windsor, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Chatham Court on December 31, 2014, to answer to the charge of Driving With More Than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood and Driving While Ability Impaired.
