(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 30-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Norfolk County Road 28, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, June 16, 2016, at approximately 12:38 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk County Road 28, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 30-year-old Mark James WINKWORTH of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail to comply with recognizance.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
