(PETROLIA, ON) –On Thursday June 11th, 2015, at approximately 11:55 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received an anonymous complaint regarding a suspected impaired driver.
Lambton OPP located the suspect vehicle in the area of Reeces Corners, Town of Plympton-Wyoming, Ontario a short time later.
Mark HUDSON, 33 years old, of Middlesex Centre, ON was consequently arrested and charged for
Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood
Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor
Driving While Under Suspension
Use Plate Not Authorized for Vehicle
The accused will appear in the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice on Monday July 6, 2015.
The Ontario Provincial Police would like to remind the public to call 911 to report any suspected drunk driver.
