(LAKESHORE, ON) – On August 6, 2017 at approximately 12:45 a.m. members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a green Chevrolet driving at a high rate of speed on Essex County Road 27 in Lakeshore, Ontario.
In speaking with the driver he exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Mark GASPAROVIC, age 24 of Tecumseh, Ontario will appear in a Windsor, Ontario court on September 12, 2017 charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor Vehicle in Excess of 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood.
GASPAROVIC’s vehicle has been impounded and his driver’s licence suspended as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
