(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Mark COLE is described as a male, 41 years of age, 5’6” (168 cm), 205 lbs (93 kg), with brown eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos as follows: A dragon on his right shoulder, a picture of Yosemite Sam on his left upper arm, and Chinese writing on his right forearm. He has earrings in both ears
He is serving a 5 year sentence for Robbery.
The offender is known to frequent the Kitchener area.
