Marion Young – Lisa Gasho – Drunk Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday evening, March 19th 2010, Perth County OPP officers conducted a RIDE program at the intersection of Line 87 and Road 165.

Two motorists were found to have been drinking and were given the demand for an Approved Screening Device. The drivers failed the roadside test were arrested and transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel.

The first driver, Lisa GASHO a 50 year old Minto Twp. resident registered breath readings of over .08 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer. She has been charged with “Operating a Motor Vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content”. She is set to appear in Listowel Court on April 21st 2010 to answer to her charge.

The second driver, Marion YOUNG a 50 year old Hanover resident refused to provide a breath sample into the Intoxilyzer. She has been charged with “Failing to provide a Breath Sample”. She is set to appear in Listowel Court on May 5th 2010 to answer to her charge
