(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 75-year-old male after investigating an incident at a South Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Tuesday, August 10, 2016 at approximately 12:43 p.m., police were called to the Annaleise Carr Aquatic Centre after receiving a complaint about a mischief to a motor vehicle.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 75-year-old Mario Jack VALENTINE of Norfolk County, Ontario with mischief – destroys or damages property.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
