(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) On January 30, 2014 at approximately 5:15 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2001 Chrysler on Main Street South, Rockwood. The female driver displayed signs of alcohol consumption and was tested with an approved roadside screening device.
The Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
Marie COSULICH age 54 of Milton has been charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 11, 2014 to answer to the charge.
