Motorist Traveling 61km/h over the Posted Speed Limit
On July10th, 2014 at approximately midnight, Peterborough County OPP was on routine patrol on Highway 7 in the Township of Otonabee South Monaghan when they observed an eastbound vehicle traveling at 141km/h in a posted 80km/h zone. The vehicle was stopped and a subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Maria Erassova, age – 24years of Waterloo, Ontario
Section 172(1) Highway Traffic Act – “Stunt Drivingâ€Â
Ms. Erassova is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 8th, 2014
