(NAPANEE, ON) – Officers with the Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Napanee Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a 43 year old Napanee man after a three month investigation.
Marcus HANNAH initially came to the attention of detectives in December of 2016. Police completed their investigation this week which included executing warrants to search electronics owned by the accused and his residence.
On March the 8th the male was arrested and charged with being in Possession of Child Pornography. On the 9th of March a second charge of being in Possession of Child Pornography was added to the charges before the court.
The accused was held for Bail Court and made an appearance in Napanee Court on the 9th of March 2017.
