(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 40-year-old male after checking a vehicle at a Highway 59, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, January 7, 2017 at approximately 12:41 a.m., members of the West Region Highway Enforcement Team were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Highway 59 and Talbot Road when a when a vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
As a result, police have charged 40-year-old Marc R MCCALLUM of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
