(BELLEVILLE, ON) – On July 6, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) stopped a vehicle travelling on Highway 401 near Highway 62 in the City of Belleville. As a result of the traffic stop and investigation a large quantity of cocaine was seized from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine For the Purpose of Trafficking. Marc PROULX, 37 years old of Kelligrews, Newfoundland was held in custody for a bail hearing at Ontario Court of Justice – Belleville on Tuesday July 7, 2015.
