As a result of further investigation into the death of Paul Curry at 361 Manitoba Street on September 16, 2013, Shane Alan Wood, 37 is now charged with first degree murder and committing an indignity to a human body, in addition to the previously-laid charges of arson and break and enter. The charge of committing an indignity to a human body pertains to the circumstances surrounding the deliberately set fire.
