(OTTAWA, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his Breach of Parole.
Eiad Walid ELFAROU is described as an Arab male, 36 years of age, 5’11”, 221 lbs (100Kg’s).
ELFAROU has numerous tattoos: Left forearm (writing of “Only Allah Can Judge”) and (“Map of Lebanon”); Right upper arm (writing of “Ziad”) and (“Labenese Army Code”).
He is a federal offender serving a 2 year, 5 month and 2 days sentence for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking X 3, Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5000.
The offender is from the City of Ottawa and known to frequent Ottawa and Gatineau.
