(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the Northwest Region Crime Unit and the Kenora Forensic Identification Unit are investigating a possible assault on a male in the City of Kenora.
On Tuesday July 7, 2015 around 4:00 pm, members of the Kenora OPP received a report of an injured male in the area of the baseball diamonds on Fifth St South in Kenora. Police and ambulance attended and located a 53 year old male victim suffering from head injuries. The male was transported to hospital and is in stable condition.
The investigation is continuing.
