Shortly after 3:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to an incident on Chatham Street South in Harwich Township where a pick-up truck pulling a wagon dropped some fertilizer. No one was injured.
A 29-year-old Harwich Township man was charged with having an insecure load.
