The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
On August 17, 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was not to attend a specific address on Fourth Street in Chatham.
Last night, just before 8:00 p.m. police received information that the man was at that address. Officers attended and located the man.
Clinton Bruce Cummings, 55 years, of Delaware Avenue in Chatham has been charged with failing to comply. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
