The Chatham-Kent police have charged a man following a traffic stop in Blenheim.
Yesterday morning around 8:00 a.m. an officer was travelling northbound on Marlborough Street when he observed a black Chrysler Neon also travelling northbound. The officer queried the licence plate and learned that the validation was expired. The officer initiated a traffic stop and further learned that the driver was suspended due to unpaid fines.
The 34-year-old Blenheim man was charged with driving while under suspension.
