On September 16, 2013, police entered into a domestic related investigation involving a man and woman from Chatham.
Through investigation, the woman disclosed several incidents of domestic violence that occurred during 2011 and 2013.
Yesterday afternoon, a 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault x4, uttering threats, pointing a firearm and mischief. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
