The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his curfew.
On April 23, 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to obey a daily curfew of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
On April 25, 2014, police received information that the man was not complying with his curfew condition.
Yesterday morning, police located the man on Tweedsmuir Avenue West and he was arrested.
The 26-year-old Chatham man was charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
