Just before 10:30 p.m. last night, police received information that a man was lying on the train tracks on John Park Line.
Officers found the man to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. The 38-year-old Wallaceburg man was arrested for his own safety.
He was transported to police headquarters and held in custody until sober.
