The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following an assault complaint last night in Chatham.
Shortly after 11:30 p.m. a 29-year-old Windsor man reported that he had been physically assaulted earlier in the evening and was at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance for medical attention.
Around 4:00 a.m. police located the man responsible for the assault. Matthew Humphrey, 27 years, of Grant Street in Chatham has been charged with assault causing bodily harm. He was released with conditions pending a future court date
