(TEMAGAMI, ON) A member of the Temagami detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting speed enforcement patrol on Highway 11 on September 17, 2013 at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Police observed a south bound vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed.
A vehicle stop resulted in Andre O’BOMSAWIN 26 years of Rayside-Balfour is charged for Stunt Driving – section 172 of the Highway Traffic Act.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
