(GARDEN RIVER FIRST NATION, ON) – On December 19, 2015 at approximately 2:55 a.m. a patrol officer from the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police Detachment (OPP) stopped a car travelling north on Belleau Lake Road. Investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of further police investigation Ricki-Lee TOULOUSE, 25 years, of Massey, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
One count of Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
Once count of Fail or Refuse to Provide Breath Sample contrary to section 254(3),(5) CC.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie on January 25, 2016.
