(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Saturday, November 2, 2013 at approximately 12:52 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a man yelling within Memorial Park located on Grant Avenue in the Municipality of Meaford.
Police located the man, who had been drinking alcohol, and arrested him for public intoxication.
Devon GIBBONS, 28, of Toronto, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Liquor Licence Act.
