Last night around 11:30 p.m. officers responded to a noise complaint on Southend Crescent in Chatham. A 39-year-old man was advised of the complaint and issued a warning.
Around 12:30 a.m. officers were called back to the same area as the noise continued. At this time, the man was arrested and charged for being intoxicated in a public place. He was held in custody until sober.
