On the 28th of August 2014 at about 1:25 a.m. Chatham-Kent police were patrolling in the area of Harvey Street in Chatham and located a suspicious male. The 45 year old Chatham man turned out to be on several court imposed bail conditions, including a curfew. The male was arrested, transported to cells and now faces two charges of failing to comply with recognizance under section 143 (3) of the Criminal Code.
