(ROCKLAND, ON) – On September 27, 2016, Russell County Ontario Provincial Police, responded at a private residence East of Rockland for a male trapped in a trench.
Prescott Russell Paramedic, Clarence-Rockland and Ottawa Fire Service were also at the scene. At 16:05hrs, the Ottawa Fire Trench Recovery Unit extricated the 57 years old male from the trench and he was airlifted to Civic Hospital with severe injuries.
