(Ottawa) At approximately 7:10PM on Thursday the 17th day of July 2014, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a shooting call in the 100 block of Horsdal Private. Upon arrival, police located a male victim in his twenties who had suffered 2 gunshot wounds to his lower extremities. The victim was transported to a local Ottawa Hospital and is currently in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries. The victim refused to provide a statement and is not cooperating with the investigators at this time.
