(Peterborough, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the OPP stopped a vehicle on Lansdowne Street for an expired validation sticker early Friday night. Further investigation revealed the driver had been consuming alcohol.
Kyle RIOUX-STANSBURY (age 26) of Lake Street in Peterborough is charged with failing to provide a Breath Sample. Mr. RIOUX-STANSBURY is due in Peterborough Provincial Court on Thursday January 22, 2015.
