(FORT FRANCES, ON) – On August 23, 2014 at 11:30pm, officers of the Rainy River District OPP responded to a call for assistance at a night club establishment on Scott Street in Fort Frances, ON. An intoxicated male was threatening others inside the building with a knife. Staff subdued the male prior to police arrival and when police arrived he was taken into custody. Leonard Remple WALL, age 43 years of Fort Frances, ON has been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose. He remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
