(Marmora, ON) – On September 21, 2014 at 9:20 p.m. members of Central Hastings OPP received information about male failing to abide by a court imposed curfew stemming from a previous domestic incident. As a result of the investigation a 37 year old man of Marmora, ON was found to be breaching conditions of his release relating to a curfew and alcohol consumption. He was subsequently arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Breach of Probation. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today.
