(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a male after police investigated an incident at an Austin Crescent, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Monday, November 3, 2014 at approximately 2:21 p.m., police were contacted by concerned members of the public and informed about an altercation between a male and female.
Through investigation it has been determined that the 15 year old male became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged a 15 year old male of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
