(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, August 23, 2014, at approximately 6:33 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a domestic assault in the Township of Chatsworth.
A 17 year old female was taken to hospital with injuries to her neck after she was assaulted by her boyfriend.
The 20 year old accused was arrested and charged with two counts of assault causing bodily harm after it was disclosed that the victim had also been assaulted in the same manner in July 2014.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
