(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) – An officer with the Matheson Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a man as a result of an indecent act investigation that occurred at a local business on Highway 11, Bowman Township, on December 22, 2014.
Through police investigation, it was revealed that a man had exposed himself to a female party at that location. Charged is Daniel E. BEAULIEU, 47, of no fixed address, with Indecent Act – Public Place as per section 173 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
BEAULIEU was scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins on December 23, 2014.
