(HALIBURTON, ON) – On Saturday January 25, 2014 at 2:40 am Officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an unwanted male party on a residential property on Sunnyside Street in Dysart et al, Ontario. Following a search by officers, the male was located hiding in a vehicle at another residence. The accused Jamie HOWARD-CLARKE age 19 from Haliburton Ontario has been charged with the following criminal offences:
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
Fail to Comply with Probation Order – 3 counts
The accused was held for a bail hearing on January 27, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay Ontario. .
