MALE ARRESTED FOR CAUSING A DISTURBANCE

(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Saturday, October 18, 2014 at approximately 10:25 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an altercation at the Stone Tree Golf Club on Hwy. 6 & 10 in the Municipality of Meaford.

Police arrived at the scene and observed an intoxicated male on the roof of the building. The male had been swearing, yelling and causing a disturbance to the staff and guests attending a wedding at the golf club.

The male eventually came down from the roof at which time he was arrested.

Natanael NEUHAUS, 24, of Northern Bruce Peninsula, was charged with causing a disturbance under the Criminal Code and being intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act. He was held in custody until sober.

He is scheduled to attend court in Owen Sound on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
