On August 14, 2014 at 2:11 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a man cutting the lock of a bicycle on Arnold Street. The man was arrested and a search subsequent to his arrest discovered further stolen items. Investigation determined that these other items had been taken from cars.
Justin Kuiack-Wayne, 19 years of Guelph has been charged with three counts of theft under $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property and mischief under $5,000.
