(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 47 year old male after police responded to an incident at a Frederick Hobson VC Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at approximately 10:09 a.m., police attended the Ontario Court of Justice after a male had been arrested by members of the OPP conducting court security.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that the male attended the Provincial Court house intoxicated and as a result was subsequently arrested and charged.
Charged with being intoxicated in a public place and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking is 47 year old Scott Andrew FARRINGTON of London, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
